Opening Keynote: The Intangible IT
Jack’s longest-standing keynote, The Intangible It, examines the “it” quality movie stars possess that you can’t quite put your finger on… or can you? By sharing humorous and humbling tales of his Tinseltown adventures, Jack breaks down the “it” factor that makes certain actors superstars and shares how you can use those lessons to go from a small player to a star in your profession.
You will hear about:
The Gift: Learn to channel your inner-Clooney by making everyone you encounter feel like the most important person in the room.
The Shift: Instead of being afraid of change, learn how to make small adjustments to have a long-lasting Tom Hanks-ian career.
The Connect: Discover how you can become more memorable to others by wearing a Dolly Parton tee shirt. Yes, you read that right.
Jack Stahlmann
Jack Stahlmann’s informative and educational presentations are built around his experiences in Los Angeles as an actor, producer, director — and of course, a waiter.
In Hollywood, he launched his own production company which created several films that enjoyed international success and was an Assistant Director for the Margaret Cho stand-up show, Cho Revolution.
As an actor, his shining moment came in a co-star role on the CBS drama Cold Case, where he played a wimpy park ranger. He also appeared on Days of Our Lives and several commercials.
Jack graduated with honors at DePauw University and has been a regular contributor to The Huffington Post. He currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
U.S. Economic Outlook & its Impact on CUs
The U.S. economy is experiencing historic demand and supply shocks leading to the highest inflation in 40 years. The Federal Reserve has raised interest rates at the fastest pace in 40 years. What will higher interest rates do to the economy in 2023 and beyond? Are fundamental changes in the jobs market apt to cause long-term labor shortages and wage pressures? Explore the possible paths of the economy and what impact it will have on credit union balance sheets and income statements for the next two years.

Micro Money Management vs. Macro Money Management
Co-op Solutions has performed extensive research on financial institutions and consumers with EY and Mastercard, focusing on the gap that exists between the everyday spending of consumers and their long-term financial goals. This session will focus on the results of that research, to help attendees better understand the psychology behind consumer spending and saving, and to better help their customers manage both their daily and long-term financial lives.

hoan do
Hoan Do is an award-winning inspirational speaker, author of Succeeding in the Real World, and city finalist in NBC’s hit show, American Ninja Warrior.
From an early age, Hoan was conscious of the sacrifices his parents had made in their escape to the United States during the Vietnam War- in pursuit of the American Dream. Feeling indebted to his parents for their courageous pursuit of a better life, Hoan vowed to ensure that one day, he would be able to take care of his parents. Hoan’s hard work took him to Malibu, California, where he attended Pepperdine University, fully engaging in the academic rigor and array of opportunities that the school offered.
With the tremendous pressure Hoan placed on himself, in addition to the stresses of demanding classes, extracurricular responsibilities, and important life decisions, Hoan found himself overwhelmed. His self-esteem reached an all-time low. He even contemplated suicide. Refusing to settle and give up on life, Hoan used this experience as a turning point to learn the practical skills that was necessary to succeed in school and in life.
After graduating from Pepperdine University, Hoan beat out candidates who were considerably older and vastly more experienced than him to work with the #1 personal development company in the world. As a national speaker and corporate trainer, Hoan conducted training sessions for distinguished audiences that included: 21, Bank of America, Honda, Toyota, UBS Financial, Chambers of Commerce, and the U.S. Army.
